Hi,

you cannot open mmc, but you can open mmc on your local pc and open remote
snap-in (Computer Management or other)

Start -> Run -> mmc

File -> Add-Remove Snap-In - click "Add" and choose whatever you want. Of
course, you must have administrator username/password on remote pc

I run this script but it failed to run remote assistance. I still had to
reboot the computer in order to work. I would like to know what else I can
do to make RA work without rebooting.

Thanks,

How can I control it (the same way remote desktop would) through a Windows
XP desktop?

Thank you in advance.

Hi,

Is it possible to start a Remote Desktop Session on a Windows XP computer
to
connect to a Windows Mobile 5 Device or is there any other way to do
this?

AJ,

First disable IPSEC in control panel -administrative tools -services.
uninstall Nortel Vpn software.delete the nortel key under HKEY_ LOCAL_
MACHINE, software.reboot and reinstall Nortel VPN client.problem is a
conflict between Nortel Vpn and a service running.this may resolve the
issue.

Good luck,

Len
