Changing boot options

I'm not sure how, but my bootup is now stuck on safe mode, which is not
accepting my login, and will not change to a normal startup. I have gone
into the boot option menu and selected the normal startup option with it
still booting into safe mode. How can I change this option without being
able to log in??? Help please!!

run msconfig/open
then in the little window boot ini remove the tick for safemode
Hope it works
