Would someone be able to explain to me what the following files are (what do
they represent):

{125F0ACC-D3FC-402B-8096-2F6E46D00D}
{45D68F08-56AO-4412-BB0F-8492BE978AC7} etal

They are located in: (HKEY LOCAL MACHINE)
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\App Management\ARPCache\

Where do they come from and why are they created? Can they be safely deleted?

(CCleaner is trying to delete them, but I don't know what they are.)

(ShowIinfoCache Reg_Binary 29 02 00 00 00 00 00 00 ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff
00 00 00 00 00 00 00 etc....)

"ARP cache: What is it and how can it help you?"
http://www.petri.co.il/csc_arp_cache.htm

Daniel Petri is an MS-MVP, among his many other distinctions.

I would like to offer you two bits of advice:

1- Keep away from so-called registry cleaners, unless you equate grief
with fun.
2- Don't delete something you don't understand.

I am not speaking about ARP Cache. I am asking question about ARPCache.

Do you or someone know what those files represent?
Why are they there and what do they represent?

There are quite a few of them which look like the following:

{125F0ACC-D3FC-402B-8096-2F6E46D00D}
{45D68F08-56AO-4412-BB0F-8492BE978AC7} etal

They aren't files, they are keys. Your first post shows this. Leave them
alone.
