For Windows XP Professional
===================
1. Click Start - Run - type GPEDIT.MSC and press Enter
2. Expand To:
User Configuration
Administrative Templates
Control Panel
3. On the right-side pane, double-click the entry "NoControlPanel"
4. If the value is already set to "Not Configured" then change it to disable
and apply the changes.
5. Now, if you can see the Control Panel in Start Menu.
For both Windows XP Professional and Home Edition
=================================
Modifying the windows registry can cause serious problem to your Windows
health so please do it carefully.
1. Click Start - Run - type REGEDIT and press enter.
2. Expand To:
