safe mode desktop dialog

Hello All,

I'm remotely logging in on pcs when trying to fix a problem and I've
automatically start up safemode with networking by using the system
configuration ultility, however, I get that pesky desktop dialog saying that
Windows is running in safe mode. Can someone please show me how to remove the
"desktop dialog" that always run in safe mode. Thanks.
