problem with net framework installation

when downloading updates,an error sl6.tmp no debugger found message appears.
Says registered JIT debugger is not available. an attemp to launch JIT
debugger resulted in error 0x2(2) cordbg. Can somebody tell me what is this
and how to solve it? I been trying for the last 3 weeks and always the same
