I had windows xp and vista installed on separate hard drives, but it caused
some problems and I removed vista. I couldn't find a vista uninstall so I
reformatted that drive and edited my boot.ini in winxp, deleting the Vista
boot option. Now when I boot I get the message "there is a problem with the
hard drive" and "Press Enter". I press enter and the system boots up fine.
Both drives check out fine. How do I get rid of this annoying boot message? |
