Size of file folder window

Originally, when I pressed Ctrl-O, a folder window would open with the names
of my Word files. But I did something in Word 2007 that now causes that
folder window to open full screen. How can I reduce the size of this window?
I can't seem to find how to return the window to the size when I originally
installed Word 2007.

Double click the title bar at the top of the file window to toggle full
screen to windowed view.
