Error 2: The System cannot find the file specified.

In the event log it is ID 7023

Description:

The IPSEC Services service terminated with the following error:
The system can not find the specified file.

Source Service Control Manager.

The file is there and i replaced the file as well and still did not solve
the problem.

I checked the registry and it is pointing to the right location.

Has anyone experienced this? My understanding of lsass is that if it fails
the computer will restart but yet it is running. Anyone exprience this
because i can not find a resolution anwyhere.

Someone else reported having this problem when Comodo firewall was

installed. Check your security software. The solution was to uninstall
Comodo firewall.
