Hi, I created a dv avi file from MM2. I need to hand it to someone for use
on their computer so they can pull it into another project I'm doing. The
problem I have is that it's 1 Gig, so I'm trying to do a data copy onto a
DVD. The avi file plays perfectly on my PC, but when I try to cut a dvd
(data format, not MPEG dvd-playable), it always tries to write it out at 2x
speed instead of 8 or 16 (no matter what burn software I use). the playback
on this file is slow and choppy.
Then to test, I tried w/a USB SanDisk stick to copy it out to my laptop. It
worked and it plays fine. BUT, then when I try to to burn it to a DVD, it
burns it at 2 x again, and the playback is slow and choppy again. I can't
give the other person the file on the USB stick, so I'm stuck trying to get
it to a DVD. I used 2 different softwares on my laptop and all default the
burn speed back to 2x and the playback is in slow speed. HELP? The MM2
options I used were "save to my computer" and then I chose dv-avi.
thank you! |
