Hello,

I'm looking a way to force new user to work with a specific decimal
separator (",").
I have changed the following keys in my registry :
HKEY_USERS/.DEFAULT/Control Panel/International/sDecimal
HKEY_USERS/.DEFAULT/Control Panel/International/sMonDecimalSep

But it doesn't works.
What must I do ?
