Can anyone tell me how to get the Cryptographic Services back?
It does not show up under services at all.
We have run sfc /scannow and it did not help.
We re-registered all the dll files for the service and this did not help.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Danny,
See if d/loading and running this fix (provided courtesy of Kelly Theriot
MS-MVP) restores the Cryptographic Service:
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm (scroll down to line 288,
left-hand side --> Restore Cryptographic Service - CryptSvc

This did not fix the problem.
When I look in the services cryptographic is not there.
