|
|
I've seen this asked before but haven't seen any answers:
We have folder re-direction to a server share for our remote users' My Docs
folder.
When there are multiple profiles on the laptop, offline folders attempts to
sync all the profiles. Is there a way of only having a particular user's My
Docs synchronised?
I have deleted the user profile that is no longer needed and searched the
registry for that user with no results, yet when logging off, that users My
Docs folder still syncs.
Any ideas anyone?

I believe you can select from the tools menu click synchronization and then
click setup and select (unselect) which folders you want to synchronize.
Hope this helps

Thanks but that doesn't quite give the granularity I require. We use group
policies to redirect My Docs to a network share and enable offline files.
The suggestion below only gives you the network share, not the individual
user folder. May be possible to share each folder out and configure that way
but gives a high admin overhead but worth teting I guess.
Cheers
