My notebook has a wireless nic and an ethernet nic. When in the office, I'd
like to prevent the Wireless Network Connection icon from continually
displaying in the Taskbar. Everyday I configure the icon to "Always Hide" but
each morning it returns. Is there somewhere else that this gets configured?

Does your laptop have a physical on/off switch for the wireless?
Can you just DISABLE the wireless while at the office/not using it?
