Hallo NG,

Hello NG,

However, unfortunately, mine is not in English so well I try, nevertheless
once.

If one can in Works-table calculation in 2000 change the date so:

from 17.11.2007 after In such a way. 17.11.2007 or only in a cell A2 as "In
such a way"
Cell B2 as "17.11.2007"

If yes, how this goes?

Greeting - Heiner

I believe the question is this:

Is it possible in Works Spreadsheet to change the date format from
"17.11.2007" to "Sat. 17.11.2007" (I interpret the German "So." to mean
the day of the week. November seventeenth however -- today -- is
Saturday, not Sunday, "Sontag".)

Hi Eric,

If day of week is desired the formula in B2 is....

=CHOOSE(MOD(A2,7),"Saturday","Sunday","Monday","Tuesday","Wednesday","Thursd
ay","Friday")

Hi Eric,

Attached is a AgeBorn spreadsheet made by Kevin.

Perhaps Heiner might find some of the formulas interesting.
