Hi,

I have two Word documents DocA.doc and DocB.doc. I want to copy just
the formatting of a particular paragraph from DocA to DocB. I cannot
seem to achieve this using the 'Format Painter' button as I lose the
paintbrush cursor when I switch to the second document. I am using
Office 2003.

How can I paint the format from one document to another?

Best Regards,
Mirin
