Hi spauli1,

This article contains a list of the minimum system requirements for
Age of Mythology and Microsoft Age of Mythology: The Titans:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/331403

If you don't meet the requirements, an upgrade may be in order. :-)

I have an Everex Stepnote NC 1502 model, and I believe I have all the
requirements for playing the game, yet it still won't play. What do I do now?

Hi spauli1,

I believe that notebook might not be equipped with a video
card capable of running graphic intensive games such as AOM.

Which video card did you order when you bought that laptop?

Hi active pop up is not active,

Try using an administrator account to download those games.
It seems as your regular user account doesn't have permission.

Have you checked for more recent video accelerator drivers?

I have a GeForce 6200 A-LE accelerator and am running nv4_disp.dll
version 6.14.10.8466 (you're apparently still using 6.14.0010.4523)

Have you checked for more recent video accelerator drivers?

I have a GeForce 6200 A-LE accelerator and am running nv4_disp.dll
version 6.14.10.8466 (you're apparently still using 6.14.0010.4523)

Hi praax1,

Unfortunately your onboard graphics doesn't meet the
system requirements for that game: GRAPHICS:
100% DirectX 9 compatible 32meg Direct3D Card with Pixel Shader Support

Your choice now is wether or not that game is important
enough to justify investing in a compatible video card.

I don't know how to make a post, so I'm replying to this question, which has
nothing to do with my inquiry.
After installing Dungeon Seige II, I tried registering it online without
prevail. I am using Windows Vista Home Premium on a notebook that has 2GB
DDR2 and ATI 1100 Radeon Xpress. Is it a computer problem, because I do not
have enough space, or is it a game and internet problem? What can I do?

Hi sKitz,

If you're getting a specific error message, please post back with
it and I'll try to research it further. Since this is a Vista gaming
issue, I urge you to post this issue on the Vista gaming forums
also, as there may be others there who have resolved this issue.
