Microsoft automatically installed 12 updates after I clicked off. The next
morning I could not re-boot and had to turn machine off manually. A pop-up
window said I needed an Update Manager disc, which I know nothing about. I
was unable to cancel this and another pop-up said it was error 1706. I
haven't the faintest idea what's happening. Anybody out there help, please?
