hi,
im trying to burn some music videos onto a blank dvd+r disc.
when i put the blank dvd disc in, it doesnt recognize it.
it still says "insert blank recordable disc" on the bottom.
ihear it spin, but still nothing.
i use roxio and burning music using a cd-r disc works fine.
Any suggestions?

Are you sure you have a DVD burner (DVD-RW) and not just a
DVD Reader (player). Check it out.

I forgot to ask you if you have used the "burner" before and did it work OK?
If you did, when was the last time you used it, how long ago? What have
you done to your PC to possibly change its settings. Are you sure the disks
you are using are blank. Have you checked the Help section of the app you
are using to burn, etc...???
