thanks

I notice Sahelian doesn't mention calcium. Isn't that the first thing a
non-coffee-drinker should try?

Nope! Vitamins are not effective against this type of problem

How do you know? Doesn't that depend on whether the problem is caused
by a vitamin deficiency?

That's silly.

Much more likely an endocrine disorder, HPA axis.

In men, dysfunction in the HPT axis can cause problems of
anxiety and panic attacks. By way of too little testosterone
and too much estrogen primarily estradiol.

I still stick with my original comment about myo-inositol which
compares favorably to Prozac in effectiveness. But I agree
the basis is less in too little inositol and more in the
aforementioned
hormonal imbalance. Go to the Doc he'll likely
give you a script for Prozac and sneer at the idea
of using inositol and tell the poor sap that his bottem end
testosterone value is in "range" and hence "normal.".
No matter that the value is the average for 100 year old men.

anxiety and panic.

THANKS!

Just remember that while inositol vastly safer and better than Prozac,
remember my comments on the hormones as well.
