When powered on the following commands have to be done in order for the PC to
boot up into WinXP.

Press F12
Press OnBoard SATA Hard drive from the Boot Device Menu
and the Press F1

HOW DO I CORRECT this post behaviour to automatically boot up and go into
WINXP????

This sounds like a BIOS problem that has nothing to do with XP.

It could be that the BIOS is not remembering the setting, perhaps because
the motherboard battery has failed.
