Hi

Is it possible to allow a user to click a shortcut or program that will
automatically send a Remote Assistance request? I'm trying to eliminate their
need to go through the entire wizard.

Thanks
Jason

Over a local LAN in a workgroup environment this is one workaround for that
issue...

In a domain environment you can use the "Offer" functionality. See these
