My system constantly notifies me an update is ready to install but the KB
number shows installed and the history shows multiple installs of this KB
number.My Belarc Advisor says the security hotfix fails verification,the KB
number is KB936181.
Dial-a-Fix doesn't correct the problem.
I have read the knowledge base article about this problem but it makes no
sense at all.Can anyone help me correct this problem,my only solution is to
turn off auto updates which I hesitate to do.

I suggest you try posting in microsoft.public.windowsupdate to see if any of
the WU gurus there have any advice for you.
