Open Internet Explorer. Select File->Import and Export. Follow the wizard to
export a copy to a different location like a floppy or USB stick. To restore
back do the same but select Import.
Or manually you can right click the Start button and select Explore. In the
left pane you will see the Favorites icon. This can be burned to disk or
copied to a USB stick.
