Hi,
First of all, excuse my bad english. I saw messages with the same trouble
then mine. I have Office 2003 before and now Office 2007 professional plus.
The error message appaire when I try to close Word 2007. The error message
it's very close of the others except the faulting module (my driver of HP
C5280 is newers) and the fault address. You can see the messages error:
Mine : Faulting application winword.exe, version 12.0.4518.1014, stamp
45428028, faulting module hpz3r5ha.dll, version 61.71.244.0, stamp 45f91d42,
debug? 0,
fault address 000467e8.
Travis error : Faulting application winword.exe, version 12.0.4518.1014,
stamp 45428028,

It is definitely an HP .dll file. It is probably the printer or may be an HP
scanner?
It is incompatible with Word. You need to get an updated driver and then
delete and reinstall the printer. If you have the latest driver, then you
need to go to HP support for help as it is an HP problem and not a Word
problem.

Hi,
Thanks Terry Farrell. The problems seems to be resolve. I have only remove
HP printer from the list of printers and the problem does'nt appeard yet.
Now I'm not sure of the way that I can reinstalle the default printer C5280.

OK, Comodo Anti-Viruspyware (CAVS) is causing the crash. Uninstall this
application and no more crash, at least for me.

folder.
