|

I added one more user (another administrator) to my Windows XP list of users.
Now, after, maybe. 10, minutes, whatever window I am operating in...if,
unused for, say 20 minutes, the computer reverts back to:
The Sign-in (Log on) screen.
I am still logged on, but I have to resubmit my password to resume whatever
I was doing!!
Is this supposed to happen, and, if so, can it be prevenrted!
Thanks...I use Windows XP.

1. Right-click on an empty area of Desktop and click Properties
2. Click Screen Saver tab
3. Uncheck the option "On Resume, password protect."
Meanwhile, also check the following settings:
1. Click Start - Control Panel
2. Open Power Options
3. Click Advanced tab and uncheck "Prompt for password when computer resume
from standby"
Hope this help, let us know!
