|
|
Hello.
I am having trouble getting a WIN 2000 client to connect using remote
desktop connection to my office XP computer. (The VPN connection works
fine.) The error message is: "Remote desktop disconnected: The specifiied
remote computer could not be found. Verify that you have typed the correct
computer name or IP address, and then try connecting again".
I have sucessfully obtained the connection with my other home computer that
has an XP operating system. I did download the remote desktop update for WIN
2000 and was then able to see the remote desktop connection log on, but
apparently there is more to it. Any advice would be appreciated.
