Age of Empires III will not start

I installed the game and everything seemed to go well. I try to run the game
and nothing happens. My computer meets all specifications so I have no clue
what the problem is. I downloaded the trial version and that ran fine. I
uninsatlled and reinstalled a few times with no luck. Any ideas anyone?

Try disabling any unnecessary programs (AV's etc) and see if that helps.
