I used a coin and rubbed off the back of the card I just bought and some of
the digits rubbed off as well. is there a way to figure out what 5 digits
got rubbed off, I can read the rest of the numbers? Microsoft support will
do nothing to help. |

Same thing happened to me. Microsoft cannot help and the retail store will
not accept returns if the card has been scratched. Poor design of the card
that leaves customers with a useless piece of plastic.
