Office's spell checker has an unusual lexicon that severely limits its
usefulness. Using it all the time, I'm constantly amazed by the number of
common words that aren't recognised. There are also a few words that are
included that I hardly ever see in use yet their presence in the lexicon
prevents the checker from picking up a typo that happens to match the word
(I frequently misspell 'for' as 'fro', yet when was the last time you used
the word 'fro'?).

The Custom and Exclusion dictionaries go a long way to addressing these
limitations, but having to maintain/synchronise these dictionaries so that
others can benefit from these is not a task is difficult, tedious and
shouldn't really be necessary. Is there a way to share these dictionaries?
